Reading is an active process, that includes your thinking,understanding, interpretation, communication, using written language or symbols, and two ways to communication between an author and a reader.Learning journal is to identify what you do understand, to pursuit what you think, and help you to modify your critical reading strategies.Concentration is a skill that can be learned with parience and indomitable.The way to improve your concentration are called concentration blocks. There are two kinds of distracters-internal and external. Internal distracter is comes from inside you, and external distracter iscomes from your environment. Different people learn in the different ways and that is good to know what your own preferred learning style is.
